Cozumel Island is a paradise for snorkelers and divers with its long coral barrier, but also for those who enjoy bird watching, sailing and parasailing, surfing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, or playing golf.

There are a lot of ferries going to Playa del Carmen every day, so from Cozumel, it is easy to visit the Mayan Riviera ruins of Tulum and Coba, spend the day in Playa del Carmen, or go to XCaret and Xel Ha, the aquatic parks.
